NSW SCHOOL VACCINATION PROGRAM 2019
Each year NSW Health works with schools to offer the vaccines recommended for adolescents by the National Health and Medical Research Council. An information pack was sent home today with all Year 7 students and Year 10 will receive them in the near future. Year 8 students will also be provided with the opportunity for 'catch up' vaccinations.
Below are the clinic dates at Colo HS.
Monday 18th February
- Yr 7 dTpa and 1st dose HPV - all students
- Yr 8 2nd dose HPV 2017 (catch up)
Friday 7th June
- Yr 10 Men ACWY
- Yr 7 dtpa and 1st dose HPV (catch up)
- Yr 8 2nd dose HPV 2017 (catch up)
Thursday 29th August
- Yr 7 2nd dose HPV
- Yr 7 dTpa and 1st dose HPV (catch up)
- Yr 8 2nd dose HPV 2017 (catch up)
- Yr 10 Men ACWY (catch up)
Further information regarding the vaccines offered will be supplied in the information packs sent home. Parental/guardian consent is required for students to be vaccinated so please return the signed paperwork (to be given to the Roll Call Teacher)
