What to Bring to Camp:
This document provides important information to assist in packing for camp.
Bedding:
- Bedding (pillow and sleeping bag) – This is recommended. (Alternatively, a base sheet and top sheet and a blanket or a doona).
Please note the camp does not provide pillows or blankets.
Clothes:
- Jumper and/or Jacket (warm clothing)
- Wet weather gear/raincoat
- Hat
- Bath towel
- Sleep wear
- Underwear/socks
- Change of clothes for each day (t-shirts, shorts etc.)
- No tank tops or singlets.
- All tops need to have sleeves for sun protection and safety. (For example: when engaging in activities that require wearing a harness such as crate stacking.
- Outdoor activities may result in damage/soiling of clothing. Please ensure that clothing is suitable for outdoor recreational use.
- Covered shoes – (thongs and sandals are not recommended)
- Swimmers/Beach Towel
- Extra pair of shoes (that can get wet)
Extra Stuff
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc.)
- Personal Medication
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent
- Water bottle
- Day pack (for carrying gear to activities)
- Plastic bag (to take wet/dirty clothes home in)
- Torch
- Camera
Please note that the camp is an allergy aware site. In consideration of others who may have allergies DO NOT bring nuts or products containing nuts to the camp.
