MADD 2023 at CHS
We warmly invite Colo families and community to come along and see the incredible talent across the Creative Arts at Colo High School.
The MADD showcase aims to showcase Music, Art, Dance and Drama students over two evenings. This is a student led event, whereby students take the lead in many aspects of the event to make it happen from Tech team, staging, sound, lighting, selling tickets, organising backstage, hanging exhibition artworks and so much more .
As part of this event, Year 10, Food Tech, Cafe Barista students will be catering an amazing selection of winter warming delights for their annual Fundraising. Menu items available via the QR code.
Visual Arts will be opening the MADD EXHIBITION at 5pm on Wednesday evening before the Performing Arts students take the stage and again on Thursday evening.
The Visual Arts studio space will be transformed to showcase artworks from Semester One for Years 8 to 12.
Additionally, there will be 40 Visual Arts enrichment students showcasing their artworks made from an Artist in Residence program that will be held earlier in the week. Artworks will be on display throughout the Visual Arts's studio building for the two evenings 4-6pm.
Tickets for the Performances are limited and are for sale via the QR codes on the MADD promo poster.
